Calm, Hygienic Rooms for Your Group

Retreat participants stay in simple, comfortable rooms designed to feel like a quiet home rather than a busy hotel.

We can arrange rooms as:
  • Single occupancy for facilitators or guests who need privacy
  • Twin sharing for most participants
  • Triple sharing when your group prefers that configuration

Rooms include clean linens, private or shared bathrooms (as available), hot water and regular housekeeping. The aim is not luxury for show, but comfort that supports inner work.

Sattvic, Simple Food to Support the Journey

We work with simple, wholesome, mostly vegetarian menus that support yoga and inner work.

A typical retreat day might include:

  • Light, nourishing breakfast
  • Balanced lunch with grains, vegetables and legumes
  • Gentle, early dinner
  • Herbal teas and hot water available through the day

Where possible, we accommodate vegan, gluten-free or other dietary needs in advance.
