Wellness That Lives in Your Everyday

At GJ Wellness And Stay, wellness is not an add-on class – it’s woven into the air you breathe, the silence you rest in and the way your day unfolds.

More Than a Class, It’s a Way of Being

For us, wellness is not another item on your schedule. It is the quality of silence in your room, the safety you feel in your body, the food that doesn’t weigh you down and the chance to sit with yourself without distraction.

GJ Wellness And Stay was created as a home where you can breathe deeply, move gently and reconnect with what actually matters, whether you’re here for a weekend or many months.

Our rooftop terrace becomes a living practice space – at sunrise, under soft clouds or in the golden light of evening. Yoga here is not about performance; it’s about listening to your body and finding your own rhythm.

  • Guided group sessions in gentle hatha, slow flows and basic pranayama
  • Small groups so attention can stay personal
  • Terrace access for self-practice when classes are not in session
  • Mats and basic props available (as provided)

Nature & Silence as Medicine

Being in Tapovan means waking up to hills, fresh air and birds instead of traffic. At GJ, we keep external noise low so you can reconnect with the natural world around you – and with the quieter parts of yourself.

A typical retreat day might include:

  • Nearby forest paths and viewpoints for gentle walks
  • Time by the Ganga at less crowded spots
  • Encouraged silent mornings and softer evenings
  • Simple invitations to watch the sky, feel the air and slow down

Small Rituals, Deep Impact

More than grand transformations, it’s the small daily rituals that change how you feel. At GJ, we keep things simple and real, offering practices you can actually continue at home.

  • Morning tea in quiet on the terrace
  • Sunrise or sunset pause to breathe and stretch
  • Gentle “digital sunset” – putting devices away after a certain hour
  • Journaling or reflection prompts available in cosy corners
